- Ask participant how they are progressing with the (DPR).
- Do they have any questions on the following: Pre-Diabetes, (KVLED), Eating Plan, Food & Beverages List, Food Diary, Exercise Diary or Physical Activity.
- Use KVLED FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) resource to help answer most common questions.
- Check that participants have been completing their Food and Exercise Diaries via their apps.
- Assess participants body weight and composition (e.g., Tanita DC-430MA ,Tanita MC-580 or Tanita MC-780 )
- Measure waist circumference (Seca 201).
- Record results in Participant Measurement Fields .
- Briefly discuss the progress.
- Refer back to KnowDiabetes for individual dietetics/exercise physiologist appointments for the next 3 months (ideally monthly on-line consults).
- For participants who commenced Phase 3 Eating Plan in week 15, provide participants with Phase 4 Eating Plan and briefly explain.
- Book in for DPR Session 11 in three weeks.
- For participants who commenced Phase 4 Eating Plan in week 16, refer back to KnowDiabetes for individual dietetics/exercise physiologist appointments for the next 3 months (ideally monthly on-line consults).
